How to Get Approved by Google AdSense?

I thought it is easy to apply for Google AdSense. But after submitting my application Google replied me with this:

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, after reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into AdSense at this time.

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

Issues:
-
Insufficient content

---------------------

Further detail:

Insufficient content: To be approved for AdSense and show relevant ads on your site, your pages need to have enough text on them for our specialists to review and for our crawler to be able to determine what your pages are about.

To resolve this issue, please work through the following suggestions:

- Make sure that your pages have sufficient text - websites that contain mostly images, videos or Flash animations will not be approved.
- Your content should contain complete sentences and paragraphs, not only headlines.
- Ensure that your website is fully built and launched before you apply for AdSense - do not apply while your site’s still in a beta or “under construction” phase or only consists of a website template.
- Place the ad code on a live page of your website. It does not have to be the main page, but test pages that are empty except for the AdSense ad code will not be approved.
- Provide a clear navigation system for your visitors so that they can easily find all of the sections and pages of your website.
- If you’d like to monetize YouTube videos, please apply for the YouTube monetization program (http://support.google.com/youtube/bin/answer.py?&answer=2490020). Note that blogs and websites that contain only videos will not be approved.

As soon as you’ve made the necessary changes, we’ll be happy to take another look at your application.

So what I did is do some research and documented here. So, other people who want to apply may have idea.

So far here is what I got:
Well the first basic thing we need to have is original and unique content. And we need lots of unique content to get an adsense account. If you are using a word press blog then make sure you have published around 55 to 65 posts on your word press blog before applying for adsense account. If you are using blogger blog, make sure you publish 40 posts in your blogger blog. And all those word press posts and blogger posts must be 100% unique and original content. Make sure that all the content should be unique and 100% readable otherwise your adsense account will be probably rejected. If you copy and paste the articles from another websites then you would not get an adsense account. Your approval process will get rejected.

The above paragraph is from this site. So, I guess I need to post 70 articles to be approved. And do not copy paste from the other website, your posts should be unique. Or else your application will be rejected.

I also learned that he AdSense crawler is text based - it reads only text (obviously, because you can't read images/videos).

I also found this simulator to see just how much content a text crawler sees on your site:

Another TIPS!
- Share your blog contents in social sites like Facebook, Twitter, Plus, StumbleUpon, Digg, etc.
- Create fundamental menus, like About Us page and write about authors to get easily identified by the Google's bot
- If you are getting visitors from other search engine that will be great.
- Spread your website/blogs all over the internet. Use social sites and go to other blog/website and post your website/blog there.

DONT APPLY!
- If your blog contains adult and porn items
- If your blog is in beta/test release
